CoH CoS (Chapter 12)

Vanessa woke up in the late morning. She saw the sunlight shining through the curtains. She snuggled closer to Damien and sighed contentedly. He opened his eyes slowly and kissed her softly.

“Hey there cutie pie.”

She smiled and kissed him back. She lay in his arms and thought of the past week. She knew that she’d only be able to stay a couple of days more if she wanted to stay on schedule for the tour. But she said to him and promised herself she’d come back after the end of the tour. She had been deeply suprised to learn about the different girls in Damien’s life but had been drawn into his life regardless. She found it amazing every time how much he cared for each of them and showed not the least bit favoritism toward any of them.

“Damien?”

“Yes hun?”

“Are you gonna miss me when I go?”

Damien smiled softly and caressed her face.

“Of course I’m going to miss you.”

She smiled and lay back in his arms. She caressed his chest absently. Then slowly her hand circled down lower and lower. Her hand dipped under the blanket and grasped him softly. He smiled and kissed her cheek softly, whispering in her ear.

“Do you want to again?”

She gave him a naughty smile and pushed him on to his back, lying on top of him.

“No, but let’s just say I want a protein shake this morning.”

He smiled and kissed her deeply…
