You call this a Hurricane?
Well, Do you?
We have power – we have internet. We have had about 3″ of rain total. No new damage to our house. NO limbs down in our yard.
We both slept through the night.
Oh, we have had some gusts and the trees have swayed, but NOTHING like the first two storms.
The beach, though, has had some massive erosion. They will have to do some serious re-sanding to get it back to normal and the rest of the state did not fare as well. 20 miles to the south, from New Smyrna on down the coast, they have had some really bad damage.
So, we are all A-OK Nothing for you guys to worry about. Life here at our house is good.

well, I’m glad ya’ll are okay , but I still wanted you to come here. We’re getting lots of rain and wind and are under tornado watch, but I think we’ll be fine. Lets just hope we don’t see any tornadoes on our 30 min drive home from my moms!

Glad to hear you didn’t have any damage. We had some. But we have power and cable. Other areas in my town didn’t fare as well. LOTS of streets are completely flooded. We’re still under a 24 hour curfew here. But I’m glad ya’ll didn’t get hit hard.

see we were the opposite, the first two were nothing but this one took out our power and cable and blew everything around all over the place. Seems to me you get it we don’t and vis versa!! xxx
