Where I was yesterday

I was taking it easy. Seems I think I over did it with staying up and cleaning till all ungodly hours of the night the other day.

So I decided to take a day and rest. And rest I did.

Today, since my niece is still on Easter break, I will watch her for a couple of hours while my sister works on lesson plans and IEP thingies.

Then they are taking me to my doctor appointment. I have a lot of things to discuss with the doc today, like the swelling in my hands and feet, the fact my digits HURT to move them – in the joints – not my usual Fibromyalgia hurt either, the pain in my nether regions that is so bad sometimes I cannot walk, donating the cord blood, how many people are allowed in the O.R. for my c-section, and to let her know about the fact that I went through over 4 panty liners yesterday. I usually only use one or two but for some reason yesterday was like 5, so I am concerned that I may be leaking a little fluid. My list of things to discuss is long. Sis is going to make sure I do not forget to take the list with me. LOL I am such a dunder head sometimes.

I think she is also going to take the sewing machine to a repair shop today. I am wondering if it would even be worth fixing since it is like 20 years old.

Well I promised her I would switch her laundry over for her this morning. Yep she came over and started laundry last night. I don’t mind. I can visit with her when she does her laundry here. I miss her lots when she is busy and cannot come over.

OK well I better get a start on my day.

First Entry for today

Hope all goes well with your appointment-don’t forget your list!! I reckon it’s worth getting your sewing machine fixed. The one I have is nearly 20 years old and still plodding on. I think it might need a service though! Take care 🙂

A lot of the older sewing machines are far better then the new ones. They are more heavy duty, so it would be worth fixing. My mom has many old machines that she still uses. I hope all goes well at the doc’s. Blessings.

Put the list in your purse! Don’t forget!

My best guesses: Pain in the nether region: Your pelvis has started the process of separating. Your body doesn’t know you’ve got a C-section scheduled 😉 I went through this from 8 months with One and was two weeks early delivering. You probably are leaking fluid, so your C-section might just get jumped up a bit. And the joint pain I would guess is from the same hormonal shift as the pelvis..

I thought it was called pregnancy brain, not dunder head. 🙂

I’m glad you took yesterday off. You need it. Your sister is nice, and I hope your appointment goes well.
