We have Carpet!

Yea! Carpet Carpet Carpet! In the baby’s room! YEA! Dad & I went to Lowe’s in Ormond Beach last night but they ran out and were not getting any more in (bummer) so this morning we ran to the Lowe’s in Port Orange and WOOT they had over 60′! I only needed 10′ so it was great!

Dad’s blood sugar started dropping at Lowe’s so we got him a candy bar and he was better.

Came back to my house and he cut it and put it in.

I then put the crib together, and I moved the armoire back in the room. Not to worry – I put it on carpet scraps and slid it across the floor – It was a BREEZE!

Some sad news – moving the furniture out last night – the legs I had put on the changing table broke off. My sis does not know her own strength. UGH And I cannot get them back on! GRRRRR. I am so upset.

I am painting the glider and ottoman so they should be ready by Saturday. WOOT.

More good news DH comes home today instead of tomorrow! WOOT! He should be walking in the door at Midnight. HOORAY!!!!

Sis really got mom and dad today for April Fools. She called them this morning early and told mom my water broke and they needed to get me to the hospital! Dad was running for his coat! They are so gullible. heh heh

Well I need to finish a couple things on my list before I can continue painting the glider, so I am going to run. I may post another entry later – who knows – maybe some photos! I am staying up until DH walks in the door!
