Ok I am alive. Not so much well. But alive.

When Last I left you all we were heading to Uncle Henry’s funeral.

What a tiring exausting trip that was.

Things have gotten pretty much back to normal – or what is normal for me.

My birthday was on the 21st. We went out to celbrate on the Saturday before that. We were very disappointed in the place we went — it was not at all what it was hyped to be. We did not drive down there as we were thinkin we would be doiong some drinking and would get a cab. We decided we would walk around on beach side and try some other places to celebrate. Well — my shoes gave me horrible blisters. Dang that pregnancy. My feet grew wider and now hardly any of my shoes fit.

I am having one of those I am super tired but I cannot sleep nights – or should I say morning. It is now 5 am. I am just now getting tired. Bah I need to stay awake. I need to get my sleep pattern back on track.

Yes I have been still having a bunch of health issues. I am pretty sure I am starting menopause. You may think it is too early for me to be going through it at 41, but my grandmother went through it at 38 – and it was not due to surgury or anything like that. I go on tuesday to my gyno specifically for the hot flashes and other symptoms I am having.

Speaking of my birthday — MOST of it (not all of it) but most of it was really bad. It started off with a cat pooping on the floor and another pooping in the rabbit litter and then the rabbit peeing on the floor because the cat pooped in his litter box and went down hill from there.

I cleaned the house as my family was coming over for supper and bringing cake. I went into our bedroom to get a lighter to light one of those scented candle deelies and it was dark in there. I stepped on the laptop and broke the screen.

Then getting ready for bed, on my way to the bathroom, I stepped on a 3/4″ piece of glass that went in my foot all the way in. No, it was not from the laptop. I am not sure where it came from.

Let’s see, what else is going on.

WEll not I cannot think strait so I am going off to bed for 45 mintues until Autumn gets up.

Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry it wasn’t such a good one! I’m in peri-menopause myself (started it at 34) so I know what you are dealing with. Don’t let anyone tell you that you are too young. As I found out, you are never too young! LOL

Yikes, sorry about the birthday! Happy belated btw. <3

I too am 41 and feel like i am beginning something that seems very close to menopause. I watched Oprah once and they said you can get symptoms 7-12 years before menopause. My mom had cancer at 42 that put her into early menopause so I have nothing to base it on. But my …’s get worse and worse each month with symptoms I have never had. Wierd!

Happy Belated Birthday!! No you are not too young…i am in early stages of it myself. HOt flashes, ugly night sweats, happy one minute…crying the next for no reason, and my face is horribly broke out. My birth mother went through it in her late 30’s. {{hugs}}

Happy Belated Birthday.

Sorry your birthday didn’t work out. Have you tried acupuncture and herbs for your menstrual problems? I’m studying acupuncture and oriental medicine, and in that field, menopause under age 45 is considered amenorrhea. Usually, acupuncture helps.
