Kalbore’s Work Holiday Party 2005-photo heavy!

Ok as promised – photos that I took on Saturday and Sunday – Holiday party trip to the Hyatt Regency at Orlando International Airport.

It all started after check in… We were given room 8076

As I entered the room the first thing I noticed was the bathroom door

and I of course had to look inside

How many toilets DO you see like that???

This was the view looking into the room from the hallway where the bathroom was… Kal is on the balcony and there is a mini fridge hidden in the cabinet where the TV is

For those of you not familiar with Orlando International Airport (OIA) Airport code MCO — the Hyatt Regency Wraps around this huge concourse – not the area where the planes take off from but the area you go through to get to the two terminals… here is a view from our balcony

They have a HUGE tree set up in the middle of the concourse – that is where a fountain usually is….

Then it was time for the party. I got gussied up

So did Kalbore – here is the most recent photo of us –

No retouching done to it yet… But I did put it on the front page of my diary already

We walked down to the cocktail hour and my feet were already killing me… I have not worn high heals in a LONG time – about three years to be exact. As soon as we found our table for the dinner hour – the shoes came OFF

Come to think of it – I have not worn panty hose in about as long as I have not worn high heals

This was the centerpiece on our dinner table

They had a dancing demonstration by salsa dancers and then offered dance lessons… can you say there was not enough alcohol in the building to get any of us at our table up to do that??? So instead the guys hit the craps table

And Kalbore came out a winner from 0 bucks to 30K –

too bad it was not real money and he has no idea how he won cause he still does not understand the game

They did play a couple of regular slow dancing songs….

Which of course lead to our bed looking like this in the morning

We wandered around the hotel and I got lots of photos of some of the great architecture – this is one of the chandeliers

And they have lots of Christmas decorations up

and lots of great art – I will post some of those at a later date.

Soon it was time to check out

We were this very nice guys first check out ever! He did a great job!

Oh and because I take photos of the weirdest things – I had to take a photo of the sweet and low at Denny’s where we went for breakfast.

We then drove home and picked up the baby and came home and took a nap! LOL I am still exhausted.

These photos were taken with a combo of both cameras and none of them have been touched up save for resizing small.
