I don’t know what came over me

I went to go to sleep at around 10 pm last night and I had indigestion really bad. So I decided to go sit in the living room.

When I had got there, I said to myself, “self, I know I will not be able to sleep so I will just amuse us by doing the dishes.”

So I did the dishes.

Then I scrubbed the counters, swept and mopped the floors, shook the rugs, then moved on to the bathroom and from there the living room. I even made DH his lunch!

Next thing I know it is almost 2 am! I crawl into bed and I woke DH up with MY snoring around 3 and he went to the sofa for about 1.5 hours till it was time for him to get up for work. Poor thing.

I got up with him. I have the last load of laundry in the wash, picked up the bedroom and am getting ready to go to Wal-Mart for some things we forgot on Friday. One of which is a belt for the vacuum cleaner so I can vacuum the bedroom and Autumn’s room (the only two rooms left with carpeting)

I know I am going to have to take a nap later in the day. That is ok – I am in the middle of changing the bed linen so it will nice to nap on a fresh bed.

Do you think the Nesting thing has hit me? OMG DH will be so happy! HA-HA (I am NOT the worlds best housekeeper. Neither is he. So our house, being that it is small, usually looks pretty messy. NOT as of today!

Well the Florida room is still a disaster – but that is a Saturday project for the both of us. It is WAY too much for me to do as it is basically reorganizing everything in there to give us usable space and storage.

It is currently raining. YEA! We so desperately need the rain. I wish it would rain enough to fill the pond. Our pump for our well died about 2 months ago and we have not had the extra buckaroos to get it fixed or purchase a new one. Thank goodness the liner does not have a hole in the bottom or all the fish would be dead. My water Iris bloomed and I missed getting a picture. That tells you how much I have been outside lately. Hopefully it will have another bloom I can photograph for you. I have had this thing since 1994 and this is the first year it has bloomed! WOOT!

Hmmm 8:14am. Moving On is not at work yet, so I cannot IM her. Maybe I will run to Wal-Mart then IM her when I get back. That sounds like a plan.

Yep, sounds like nesting 🙂 I think Arn was nesting last night *laughs* How often is a Water Iris supposed to bloom? Seriously, it’s been 10 years?! 🙂

Jeeze… you should come to my house! LOL I’m waiting until I really hit the nesting phase. I need it.

That’s so exciting when plants finally bloom! LoL, it probably won’t bloom for another 10 years and you didn’t get a pic! Get all that nesting stuff out of your system while you can cuz you’re just going to get more uncomfortable. It’s hard to do housework when you can barely roll out of bed. =) I still have the nesting instinct really bad but I get tired SO easily…

Your nesting time has kicked in, with both my kids about a month before deliveries, I did a whole lot of cleaning, I mean cleaning, one house had 7 rooms, the second time around the house I was in had 13 rooms.. by the time I got done they all sparkled.. my mother told me that it was what they called nesting time, your energy level may raise before birthing..Hugs.

In our family, my dad is the one waking everyone up with his snoring.
