I am home

Well I got there – put the gown on – peed in the cup and sat on the bed. The moment she put the fetal monitor on Autumn started to move. That little snot…. LOL

Her heart rate varied between 127 and 154 but the nurse said that was fine and normal.

I am relived, DH is relieved, sis and mom are relived….

I go to my regular weekly appointment tomorrow. Can’t wait to hear the doc tell me I was paranoid over nothing…. But hey – I have never been through this before so I think am I entitled to a tiny bit of paranoia.

Back to the waiting game…..

Fourth entry for today….

don’t feel bad. honestly, it’s just like the saying goes, “better safe than sorry”. i’m so glad everything is alright. *huge hugs*

Thank goodness! And you are not being paranoid! Much better to get that sort of thing checked out. It will be so nice for you when your little girl is hear and you can SEE and HEAR her breathing.

I didn’t know I was in labor the first time I was. I thought I would feel pain. There wasn’t any pain just my tummy getting really hard. All three of my kids hated the fetal monitor. I don’t blame them, it felt hot to me. I hope all stays well with you. Blessings.

Connor did that to me too. But, it is better to be safe than sorry so don’t worry about it. I am glad you had it checked out!

April 27, 2004

ahhh see? It’s fine though, I worry too and it is better to know than to sit and wonder right? Hang in there, did they tell you about the cold, sugary drink trick? xxx

April 27, 2004

I am so glad everything is okay with Autumn…that must have been so unbelievably scary!!

You can never be TOO paranoid in my opinion… I’m glad everything turned out alright, I had a heartbeat monitor that I ordered over the internet that I used at home. I used it ALL the time I was so paranoid lol =) You think you’re paranoid now, just wait until she gets here!

April 27, 2004

I am glad everything is okay 😡

April 27, 2004

I’m glad to hear that everything is good – its better to be overly cautious than not concerned at all!

When I was about to pop pregnant with TK I went in for an exam. You could see him moving from across the room but the nurse couldn’t get a heartbeat. Even though he was moving, I wasn’t satisfied til I heard that sound.

April 27, 2004

Well I am so glad things are okay! Hang in there 🙂 When are you scheduled for your c-section?

April 27, 2004

ALWAYS be safe rather than sorry! I’m so glad she’s ok; she was probably just in a very deep sleep. She’s got a big day coming up soon! Hugz,

We pay health insurance to be reassured. There is no harm in double checking.

Glad she sounds ok! ~ajaye

Hey there! I’m new to OD. Looking for new mom’s to talk with. I just had my first in Feb. When are you due? Just wondering. NMB!

April 28, 2004

I am glad everything is okay! And you have a VERY considerate daughter! see I bet she did that just because she knew mothers day and her due date were coming up decided to give you a rest since she knew you’d be so busy and tired after she was born! Nice baby!

You will be just as paranoid your second time around =)

April 28, 2004

*HUGS* Bean didn’t move very much at all during the last couple weeks. I guess cuz he didn’t have much room in there! Scared the heck out of me. I’m so glad everything is OK.

You’re allowed to be paranoid – this is your baby we’re talking about 🙂 I’m glad she was just pulling a ‘bastard baby trick’… (huggles)
