Happy Early Morning or Late night
it is after 4 am and I have not been to bed yet. I am WIDE awake and gonna be hating life tomorrow.
EMG in less than 4 hours — I have to leave the house about 7 so no point in going to bed now. Maybe I will make me something to eat soon.
What esle can I do at this time of night/morning without waking the houehold???

I know what you mean. I am often up until the wee hours of the morning. I remember not going to bed if I had only 1 or 2 hours left to sleep before the alarm goes off.

Have you thought of Peri-Menopause? I have that … it is sort of like a pre-Menopause with all the hormone issues but still pretty much a normal flow each month. Insomnia seems to be a favorite for my body to go through … & mood swings … & hot flashes … & all that wonderful crap. I’m 36. I’d ask one of your Dr.’s to consider the possibility.

Have you tried things like drinking warm tea and trying to just meditate and clear your mind, maybe pray just tell your body to calm down before bed? Sometimes I’ll lay there awake for hours, and I finally read or watch tv until I can’t keep my eyes open, but then I still can’t go to sleep. Then I roll on my stomach and tell each part of my body to shut up.
