Good Eats edit

I am such a huge fan of that show and of Alton Brown.

Do any of you watch it? It is on Food Network at 7pm Eastern M-F and they have a whole hour at 10pm on Thursday nights.

He uses humor and shows the science in cooking and he makes some really tasty food along the way.

I have learned a lot from watching Good Eats. The best steak I have ever made in my life was from his episode “Steak Your Claim”.

Recently, I was perusing the fan sites looking for more info on the show and its host. I came across an item about Alton Brown and Thomas Dolby being the same person or separated at birth… LOL Here is the website.

Ok that was all I wanted to share.

So what do you all think? Is Alton related to/or is Thomas Dolby? The likeness is spooky.

That show rocks. Another one for recipe ideas is to sit down and watch Iron Chef (it’s on at midnight, I believe).

i love that show!!! as a matter of fact, i love the food network period. if you come to my house, i can pretty much garuntee thats what chennel my tv is on.

I do all my cooking at night with the Food Network in my kitchen. I just love that channel, however I am not a big fan of Alton’s. Maybe I just need to give him a second chance.
