Can it be? Am I really writing an entry????

Ahh dear readers, I am.

I was in a no writing mood the last few days. Sorry about that. I hope you will forgive me.

Well Kal has left for his trip to Virginia. He will be home on Thursday. Dag nab it- I forgot to get the photos off that computer. I will have to have him FTP them to the home server. I am currently using his laptop as he took mine with him to Virginia. It is strange using this one. It is smaller than mine, keys are in different places and it has none of my programs. I just had to install Yahoo on it. OH and all my eclipse pictures are on the other laptop.

Well I have lots to tell. It is hard for me to organize my thoughts as to how I want to write this out.

I am watching the end of a really dumb movie on one of the MAX channels. It is starring George Clooney. It was really stupid. LOL I cannot believe he actually did this flick. OMG Quinten Tarrentino and Cheech Marin starred in it too. Too funny.

Ok back to my entry. I guess.

So today was Halloween. Did we go trick or treating? Nope. And since we were planning on trick or treating I did not purchase any candy to hand out. Sis was supposed to come over but they were running late. I had to help get Kal ready for his trip and I wasn’t feeling well. I still am not feeling well. I turned all the lights out and hung out in the bedroom watching TV and playing with Autumn. BUT we do have a nice costume that Nett bought for Autumn and I plan on putting her in it tomorrow to take pictures of her. She was going to be a Giraffe. 🙂

I took a headache pill and I am just waiting for it to kick in. Autumn is finally sleeping. I hope she will sleep most of the night tonight. She was awake about 4 times last night. She is almost 6 months old. Well she will be in 11 days. The other night I went in her room to get her when she was crying and she gave me a start. She was sitting up in her crib! I could not believe my eyes! I tried to get her to do it again that next morning but she wouldn’t. Then last night, again, I went in to check on her and she was sitting up in her crib. Well, today, she, daddy and I were all playing on her bedroom floor and she sat up on her own! We laid her back down and she did it again. She sits up all by herself now! I was in tears from happiness! She also gets on all fours and does rocker baby back and forth! She scooches all over the place on her tummy. She is also trying to pull herself up to a standing position. She is just growing by leaps and bounds. I cannot believe it. My baby is growing up. Now, If I can get her to sleep though the night I will be one happy mama!

Ok so lets see what else… I took most of yesterday and did some candy making. I made chocolate covered peanut butter balls, chocolate covered almond coconut balls (think Almond Joy) and butterscotch hard candy. I will take and post pictures of them tomorrow. I had a slight accident with the hard candy. The cooling pan fell off the island and half the candy fell on the floor. I have a photo of that I will share too. It is still stuck to the floor. I know I know. But I have not had time to dig the hammer out of the shed. Yes-I have to hammer it as it is stuck beyond stuck. LOL

We are having plumbing problems again. Yep, our commode is acting up. I think it is actually the lift station down the road because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. For those of you who do not know, in Florida, because we are practically right at sea level, our sewage system is powered by lift stations that pump the sewage up and gives it momentum to get to the water treatment plants. I think the one for our neighborhood is on the fritz. I mean why can we flush one moment then the next time it backs up then if we wait about an hour or two it will flush again then about an hour later not flush again? Weird.

Ok now the movie Underworld is on. I wonder if I will like this or not. I usually do not do well with suspense. It makes me nervous. I am serious! I either have to leave the room or change the channel.

This first scene reminds me of Matrix – gunfire and a woman in a long black leather coat. Hmmm Ok Vampires and Werewolves. LOL I guess it is a good topic for Halloween. I still am not sure how long I can watch this movie. I have already have had to cover my eyes three times. LOL

Tomorrow is my husband’s niece’s birthday. Well she is my niece too, but I did not want to you to confuse her with niece D. I will call her niece P. So anyway – her birthday is tomorrow and I could not find a gift for her. My MIL said Kal’s sister W wanted a poncho for her. They do not have size 2T Ponchos. I will send W an email tomorrow and let her know I could not find it and ask her what she wants me to get or just have her get a gift card.

Ok this movie is just too bizarre. I am over it. Time to change the channel. Gosh there is NOTHING on.

Well MZ thing is up brb…Ok back. She needed a back rub and some tummy stuff.

Ok so I did not change the channel. LOL

I guess I really haven’t anything to write about. I guess I will just sign off now…and try to sleep a bit while she is sleeping.
