Unforgettable

Hello Baby..

We’ve only got 12 more weeks until you enter the world!  We can’t wait.

I can’t wait to feel your skin for the first time, to hear you cry for the first time but most of all I can’t wait to see you open your eyes and look up at your Daddy.

I know I can be pretty hard on Daddy but you know he’s going to make the best father.  He is so proud already and you know he’s all about picking a name for you.  Are you going to be a Mya or Kayley or are you going to be a Jaxen or Mack?

Daddy felt you kick for the first time on Sunday night.  You were being fairly active so while we were watching tv in bed I told him to put his hand on the left side of my belly.  Not too long after he placed his hand there, you gave a wild kick.  The look on his face was priceless.  I’ll never forget it.  It was a look of OMG what was that, was that really a kick, do it again!!

We’re going to order your crib this week.  I’ve imagined your crib for months now.  It had to be just so.  Its a beautiful espresso color, you’re going to love it!

Mommy is feeling good…but Im all finished work in less than 2 weeks now.  I can’t deal with the stress any more and my blood pressure is pretty high.  So we’ll have some time together at home before you are born.  I promise we’ll do lots of resting and cleaning and maybe a little baking.
