Hello Baby!

Hello Baby,

You are 16 weeks old this week.  Growing like crazy.  You’re making your Momma’s belly show already!  Now I have a reason for a shopping spree 🙂

Your Daddy and I seen you last week.  Had our very first ultrasound.  You must have known we were looking at you.  You were thrashing your arms and your legs all around.  Flipping and flopping, just having a great time.  Your new doctor was quite surprised at just how much you were moving around.  We seen your little heart, and your little spine.  I never expected to see so much in an ultrasound.  It was really amazing.

When the Doctor printed out your picture and he handed it to Daddy.  Well, let me tell you, your Daddy took that picture and he held on to it so tight.  Daddy was so excited.  Your Daddy is looking forward to having you arrive.  Your arrival date is slotted for April 19th, 2009.  Daddy doesn’t want you arriving on the 15th…it’s the first day of fishing and you know how much he’d hate to miss that first early morning!  But me, I’ll take you anytime 🙂

Momma is feeling really good.  Just so tired.  I hope that will soon get better.  Next dr. appointment he will look at increasing my blood pressure medication as he is still quite concerned about it.  The last few weeks, I find Im really emotional….I’ll cry at anything and then the next minute Im laughing.  And Im hungry all the time.  You are going to have quite the appetite!

So Baby..until the next time.  Stay healthy and happy in your Momma’s belly.  Momma & Daddy can’t wait to see you.
