Mission Completed

Well sort of. I finished writing the book. I needed to have at least 40,000 words. As I typed the final illustration I hit 40,544.

This is a pretty amazing feat! I’m really good at starting things, but not so good at follow-through and finishing. I’ve often felt I was more of an idea person, creating lots of possibilities for others to complete.

I’m pleased with the product. Now I need to get it edited and formatted.

But right now, I think I’ll just go to bed.

Sweet dreams…I know I will!

I sent my very rough draft to a friend who was an editor with Tyndale. I was surprised at the trepidation I felt as I hit the send button. Scary good.
