Weigh Day: Early Edition
I have a work function to attend on Wednesday, so I had to weigh-in today. I lost 4 lbs! This makes up for that stupid maintain last week. Total lost is 180 lbs. I cannot believe I am 56 lbs from goal! I just told my coworkers that they have 56 lbs until I take all of their men, so be prepared. LOL
The Fitness Divas have decided on do the 25-mile course at Lance’s Ride for the Roses. I wanted to take the easy road and do the 6-mile, but Ms. Biker Bitch Supreme called me a wimp, so I’m going for a bigger chunk. 🙂 The event isn’t timed, so we’ll be taking a nice pace (i.e. race starts on Sunday…will cross finish line on Wednesday…LOL)
I received the new Flex plan materials at weigh-in and it looks very interesting. I’m looking forward to hearing my leader’s explanation.

amazing!! I wish I had the motivation you do. 25miles is easy, i used to bike 16 miles in an afternoon on the bike path in Los Angeles. Of course, it was all flat, I dont know if you have hills though. Any plans to become a leader?
