I got this from In Touch Weekly mag in the body bonus section. It’s probably all fluff, but my reading (Virgo) was right on the $.
CAPRICORN-You embrace routine and are drawn to workouts (like stair-climbing and stationary biking) where you can utilize your strong knees. All the more reason to do leg exercises (especially quad moves) and minimize the risk of injury.

SO off. Yoga causes me stress. I can’t relax. I just think about all the stuff I need to do. I need active exercise! (like swing dancing!)
