Sunday Stuff

Chesty and I went out to dinner last night UNTAMEDFIRE and her best friend Susie Q (so not her real name…LOL). I had the Sizzlin’ Fajita Salad and used salsa for dressing. I wanted a cheesy, fatty, entree, but the “unmentionable” is too close to be jacking around. The salad was very good. I recommend it to anyone trying to eat healthy at On the Border. I ordered mine without sour cream or guac.

After dinner, Chesty and I finally went to see HP3. Loved it! I think a couple of the kids were terrified. Each book/movie gets darker than the previous installment. At some point, HP is not going to be for kiddies anymore…and parents should be aware of that…or risk having a bed buddy for the next few nights.

I’m taking another set of current progress photos today. I’m going to wait until I reach “unmentionable” before I start sending mass copies of my story/photos out to the media world. I think the number seems more impressive when it reaches “that” point. 🙂

I didn’t win the damn lotto. The winning ticket was sold in El Paso…the armpit of Texas. LOL Apprently, I need to get out of frou-frou Dallas to win.

Well…it’s time to leave for Godiva’s spinning class. Hope all of the GOOD fathers have a wonderful Father’s Day. I have a deadbeat Dad, so today is simply another day.

Looks like a lovely salad…yumm. I went to HP3 last night with my daughter. The movie was better than the 2/3 of the book I read to a class last autumn. J. K. Rowlings is very difficult to read out loud; I was constantly emphasizing the wrong clause so the sentence didn’t make sense out loud.

My real Dad is also a dead beat, and my step-dad is an @shole, so ia m batting a thousand. Have fun at spinning class. I am going to work.

Good luck on you “unmentionable” Oh, by the way, do you know that your friend JeAnne was on that Discovery Health channel weight loss show called “I Lost It!” ?? I saw her and I knew she looked fimiliar and I remembered her picture being on your website so I checked it out again and sure enough it was her.

You mean I was nice to you for nothing? Lol. But I know what you mean about deadbeat fathers. I had one myself.
