So Frou Frou…

Ladies (and maybe a few Drag Queens)…

Spring is near and I feel the need for change. Since I am a true product junkie, I’d like recommendations for bath/body products. Now…I do have a few items that cannot be removed from my collection (MAC makeup and Philosophy’s body washes). With that said, let me know what you cannot live without. Feel free to leave a note here…or if you have a detailed review, send me an email.

Also, if any of you have tried Carol’s Daughter products, let me know. I’ve heard great things about the line…

Thanks and have a great day! (I’m off from work all week, by the way…so expect more fluffy entries like this…LOL)

My “cannot live without” product is Origins, Checks and Balances face cleanser. You just have to try it to believe it. I have combo skin, and this stuff leaves my face literally “squeaky” clean without drying it out. I swear I could see a difference after using it for 2 weeks.

Sorry I can’t help. I don’t have any favorite product line.

wooohoooo….all week off? are ya taking vacation time?

I absolutely love the green clover and aloe set from Bath and Body Works! It smells so fresh and clean. Everytime I use it, someone asks me what scent it is. Hopefully they still sell it, I bought 2 bottles of everything in the set back in June because we moved overseas. Anyway, you should check it out…. Good luck in your search… -AW

Have you ever tried Lush products? They are divine. Have to order them from Canada, I think, because they don’t make them in the States, but they smell better than anything on Earth! http://www.lush.com

Body Shop … Body Shop … Body Shop Their Brazilian Nut body scrub and body butter is TO DIE FOR!!!! I want to eat it! They have a great Hemp line as well.

I recommend Tommy Hilfiger Peppermint body lotion and body wash. It makes your body tingle all over and wakes you up in the morning.

Y’all are obviously thinking high end, but one of my favorite things comes from the grocery store– Biore’ self heating facial masks. Mmmmmmmmmmm. Toasty!

The Body Shop also has this Cocoa body scrub that you use once a week or so, it is the BEST!! You can go into one of their stores and try it out, even just on your hand you will see the BIGGEST difference. And also, I found these perfumes, http://www.fashion-planet.com/shopping/demeter/demeterhome.html they have every scent you can imagine and lots you’ve probably never thought of! – Alice

I can’t live without my Mary Kay verizons facial wash and the Mary Kay lip glosses…They are soo lush!

I’m with you on the MAC make-up woman! uhm, can’t think of anything Springy to recommend.

The Mary Kay Timewise line…a girl can never start trying to avoid aging too early! THe Bath % Body Works Benefits line, for the same reason. I prefer the scent of Sweet Pea or Coconut Lime. Clinique All About Lips because I am constantly having my lips split no matter what I do. Clinique Lipstick and Glosswear in Tenderheart, my signature lip color.

Chanel eye shadows and nail polish. I have this kickass set of shadows…the Qyadra Eye Shadow compact in Vanites, which is a purple palette. It looks great with the Clinique Quickliner for eyes in violet. Burt’s Bees blushing creme, lemon butter cuticle creme, and beeswax lip balm.

The Max Factor Lipfinity stuff actually does stay on longer and better than any other lipstick I have ever encountered, despite not coming in my sig color. Olay total effects cuticle and nail moisture treatment. In a convenient take along stick. And, of course, a Coach Hamptons cosmetic bag to keep it all in… 😉

Chanel Allure scent products. Every girl needs a sig scent, right? I also adore Obsession for special occassions. Aveda Rosemary & Mint shampoo and conditioner. I’ll also use Big Sexy Hair products when I can’t make it to buy more Aveda.

Mary Kay Velocity products — face cleanser, moisturizer, scented body gel (like lotion)…and soon lip glosses! I like most of the Mary Kay lip glosses — the lipsticks are pretty but not as lovely! Climb On Creme and Climb On Bar from Climb-On Products (http://www.climbonproducts.com/)in Wimberly, TX.
