RYN: Yup, I’m going blind. I’m doing it until they tell me I’m in the forties, almost in the thirties. So far I’m doing okay not knowing but ask me how I feel a month from now, especially if I’m not in the friggin forties yet.

rock on! i know it’s so silly, but i think i’m nervous about going down a point range. i mean, i’m still 6 lbs away…but i feel myself getting really scared and kind of sabotaging myself. help! 🙂 oh, btw, i’ve not been in the group today because i made a boo boo with my email and now have to rejoin with my new email addy.
