Coming up for air…

Has anyone else had a hellish week? They’re trying to work me like a slave. Well, you know what? Slavery is over. Give me my 40 acres and a mule, thanks.

I found out today that my current company may be purchased by the company that I left in 2002. How crazy is that? It won’t necessarily be a bad thing if it happens. My company is privately owned…so some of the policies leave a lot to be desired. My reasons for leaving the previous job were purely financial. I got the increase that I wanted in the move, so it’s all good.

WW went well this week. I had a small loss, but it was enough to get me away from 219. hooray! My leader announced that Fergie will be in Dallas doing a Super Meeting in May. She said the 1500 people on the guest list will be decided by lottery. I don’t care about a damn lotto. I am going to that meeting…by any means necessary. I’ve been saving my “Fergie” outfit since Day 1…I’ll be damned if a newbie gets my spot. Look for me on the news…(violent) film at 11. :p

Next week is the Space Race. The Tri Divas will be doing the 22 mile ride. Even though it’s a bit shorter than LAF, I’m excited because it’s the first biking event of the year. Between the ride and (2) 5ks in April (Komen Ft. Worth & Ft. Worth Zoo Run), spring should be great.

My friend Brian (whore supreme) is still trying to set me up with one of his boys. I don’t know how I feel about the situation. This guy (Mystery Man) has seen my website, so he knows what I look like…and possibly more if he’s read the diary. I don’t know anything but basic stats about him. I feel like he has the upper hand in the situation and you know how I am. The funny thing is that Brian kept listing MM’s materialistic aspects to entice me. I can’t believe he thinks I’m that shallow. However, I’ll admit that the salary and car weren’t turnoffs. Gold diggin’ heifer…

Anyway…that is all for now…hope everyone is having an ab fab week…

I would feel the new guy would have way too much advance information…. and again being fairly private myself(cept for an internet journal….of course) I am not sure how I would feel about some one reading it… Congrats on the weight loss. I got below to 50.2 pounds…

that is -50.2…. the next mini goal is 192. Which was my “high weight” when I first joined WW many moons ago.
