A little of this, a little of that…

I can’t tell you how much appreciate the support you all have given me! I am truly overwhelmed. Some people underestimate “e-relationships”, but I don’t agree. Hell, there are a couple of “real life” friends that haven’t even bothered to check up on me. Not that I’m needy…but I’m the friend that’s ALWAYS making sure others are happy and comfortable. The few times that something is wrong in my life, I can count on the same couple of kunckleheads to disappear. It’s about time to start a termination list. LOL Take your pink slip and step!

Seriously…you guys are great…I will definitely keep you posted about my condition.

Go ‘head Miss Fantasia! That girl rocked last night! I couldn’t be happier about the outcome. I don’t get moved by very many singers, but Tasia gives me chills when she sings “Summertime”…

Last night’s weigh-in showed a 5.4 lb loss…that’s the exact amount I gained from Cozumel. I’m glad I worked hard enough to get rid of the sinnin’ pounds, but couldn’t I get just a little extra? I really need to see a new number soon. Hard Lard is a trip…fun to add, difficult to remove.

TheLassThatLost was in town for business, so she joined Chesty and I at the meeting and dinner afterwards. We went to Applebee’s to try out the new WW menu. Very impressive! I had the Onion Soup Au Gratin (3pts), Mesquite Chicken Salad (4pts), and Chocolate Raspberry Layer Cake (4pts). Everything tasted great and the portion sizes were satisfying. I was also impressed with our waitress. It’s obvious that Applebee’s has educated their staff on the special menu items. My leader said WW has a 5-year alliance with Applebee’s…and there are more restaurants being added. Check out the new menu here: http://www.applebees.com/

My e-relationships are stronger then some 19 yr friendships I have had in person. Congrats on the loss from the vacation. Way to go! That may have also attributed to the palpitations..have you had a big loss like that in recent months? I am still praying it is nothing serious. oh, yeah, educated ad nauseum.. i work at applebee’s and we have had all store meetings a couple times where we all got to sample everything, learn about the WW system, and they drill into our heads about how each item must be properly portioned. Interesting to note, Applebee’s is actually PAYING WW to let them present their food and point system for the first 5 years. We figure it will con’t.

bring in between 5-10% new business to each store…that’s A LOT of money. I thought everything was good…I especially like the mandarin salad..yumm and the baja roll up and the cheesecake…yum. I don’t do French onion soup, but people are super happy we have it back on the menu.

RYN: It meant a lot coming from you C! Sister, last night I was so proud of Fantasia. I’m in NC so EVERYBODY was rushing to get home last night. I felt like it was Black History Month or something. Two black people in a row? Lord help us!! I love being Black! So yeah, I’m kicking butt and doing my thing. I’m telling you, we would be bad business on vacation together! Smooches…

RYN:I’m sure she knows. Who do you think filed the restraining order??? The elf ear’d beeeotch!

It is amazing what a lift I can get from signing on here and reading my messages not to mention the happiness I feel for other people when I read their diaries and see the good things that are happening in their lives. You are one of my favourites.

Whoa, whoa, WHOA — is this all over Applebee’s? I haven’t seen ads for it or anything. That is -great-! I’m getting so sick and tired of seeing the Atkins friendly stuff. I went to Subway and asked them for the calories in those wraps, and they just kept repeating the carb counts, like that means anything to me. Sheesh!–

RYN: Yeah, Ruben didn’t look good at all. It looked as if he gained more weight. He didn’t really sound all that good either. He barely moved and he wasn’t smiling as much. I’ll pray for him. The busy life of money and fame seems to be doing his inner man no good. Oh C,this morning in the shower I thought about being a life coach. You should think about it too. You’re so inspirational.
