A little of this…a little of that!

According to my birth month analysis:

SEPTEMBER: Suave and compromising. Careful, cautious and organized. Likes to point out people’s mistakes. Likes to criticize. Damn, I’m a bitch, huh? Quiet but able to talk well. Calm and cool. Kind and sympathetic. Concerned and detailed. Trustworthy, loyal and honest. Does work well. Very confident. Damn skippy… Sensitive. Generous. Good memory. Clever and knowledgeable. Loves to look for information. Must control oneself when criticizing. *ahem* Able to motivate oneself. Understanding. Fun to be around. Secretive. Loves sports, leisure and traveling. Hardly shows emotions. Tends to bottle up feelings. Very choosy, especially in relationships. Ain’t that the truth! Systematic.

A little travel industry humor (oldie, but goodie):

A mother and her son were flying Southwest Airlines from Kansas City to Chicago. The son (who had been looking out the window) turned to his mother and asked, “If big dogs have baby dogs and big cats have baby cats, why don’t big planes have baby planes?” The mother (who couldn’t think of an answer) told her son to ask the stewardess. So the boy asked the stewardess, “If big dogs have baby dogs and big cats have baby cats, why don’t big planes have baby planes?” The stewardess responded, “Did your mother tell you to ask me?” The boy admitted that this was the case. “Well, then, tell your mother that there are no baby planes because Southwest always pulls out on time. Now let your mother explain that to you.”

Chesty and I are hitting the road (again) tonight to meet Donna for bike business. She is letting Chesty borrow her mountain bike to train for our TRI in September. We’re going to meet up in Centerville, TX…which Donna says is 1/2 way between Dallas and Houston, but I think we’re getting the bigger piece of the pie. LOL

I don’t think I’ve mentioned it here, but hip-hop class is GREAT! I have such a good time and it’s a nice break from the normal routine. The class is very fast-paced, so I’m grateful to have less junk in the trunk. 🙂

Speaking of less junk, I bought some new workout pants last week and they are size XL! Not bad coming from 4X…wooohooo!

I haven’t taken a face shot in 6 months, so here’s the latest comparison:

Cheek Song: “We ain’t goin’ nowhere…we ain’t goin’ nowhere…we can’t be stopped now…fat face for life!”

[Editor’s note: This will only make sense to folks familiar with the P. Diddy song…LOL]

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
