Activity: Hip Hop class (60 min. moderate); Treadmill (60 min. moderate-high) *Hip hop class is still in the instructional phase, so it’s not much of a workout right now. Once the routine is complete and we’re running it at normal pace, I will drop the added hour of cardio.

Mmmmmmmmmmm … I love the Skinny Cow icecream bars! I just discovered the chocolate peanut butter flavor at my local Wal-Mart and they’re absolutely TO DIE FOR! YUM!
