3-for-3…
Ok, WW Diva is tired of being in the 260s. While it’s a beautiful place for people that want to be here, I am truly fed up.
History of the 60s:
-I officially entered the 260s on 7/24/02. What a happy day that was…or so I thought.
-I was in the 60s for 6 weeks…until I fell of the WW wagon.
-I basically gave the finger to WW and all things weight loss related from 8/28-9/25. My “fight the power” fiasco caused a 9 lb gain…and a return trip to the 270s.
-After numerous emails/notes of support (and threats), I climbed back on the wagon with new determination.
-I re-entered the 260s on 10/23/02…and I’ve been here for 6 weeks.
Now…if history is to repeat itself, I should be falling off the wagon right…now. However, I’m determined to kick this “decade” to the curb and see the 250s by the week of Christmas. I have 3 weigh-ins left…and 3.6 lbs to melt off. All I want for Christmas is 259 (along with clothes, perfume, books, and CDs).
Is that too much to ask for? Me thinks no. Feel free to email me with magical weight loss chants, words of wisdom, or kicks in the ass.
Tonight I’m going to a birthday bash. I’m looking forward to seeing a couple of friends that haven’t seen me since I started WW. I’ll make a dramatic entrance…and pause for them to take in my slender frame. 😉
Chesty is heading out to her company’s Let’s Get Drunk and Screw Fest Holiday party. Here’s a couple of pics for her fans:
Hope everyone has a great weekend…

i discovered your website about a week ago and was so inspired. you have accomplished so much, and you look fabulous! so don’t lose heart! my tips: (although i’m sure you know this more than i do) water, water, water (16 glasses a day) try the wendie plan (it seems to be getting me past a hump) up your fiber intake (whole grain foods, kashi cereal is my favorite!) good luck

Here’s your official kick in the ass. Lol. I know you can do this, girl. I am SO ready to give you my seat in the 50’s! Let’s not forget that I’m in the same boat you’re in. I’ve been in the friggin fifties since September! I know we can both do this. We just have to remember water, workout, and write down what you eat or don’t eat it. You’ll be in the 50’s by New Year’s. No doubts!!!!!

You can do it!

tomorrow. 5.30. the gym? well, actually i’ll be there at 6 b/c it’s easier for me to just haul myself and my work clothes that direction rather than make the trip twice. so anyhow, i’m sure i’m babbling by now, so i’ll shut up. btw, i have a good plan for Wednesday…it involves subtle threats to inanimate objects. 🙂 really, i know you’ll do very well this week!

UGH! I know EXACTLY how you feel! I am going through the exact same thing. I am DYING to see 259 by Dec 31st. And I am at a loss. From everything you have written, it seems as though you are doing everything you are supposed to–still working out, still eating within your points range. It seems as though this is a physiological thing. And if this is the case, maybe trying the…

Wendie Plan might be a good idea. (I remember reading a lot about it when I used to read the WW boards frequently). It’s odd that it was mentioned by the above note leaver. I was thinking of asking you your thoughts about it. WE ARE GOING TO DO THIS!!!!! 🙂

I just jumped back on the wagon full force. I got so caught up in Holiday cooking I couldn’t help myself. To pick or not to pick…that was the question! You’ve come incredily far already. Sometimes we just need a breather I suppose. I moment to pretend we’re on of those barbie dolls who can eat whatever, whenever with no consequences. You’re a rock star!
