Hey Folks!

Just a quick note to say that I survived Tour d’Italia. Heat, hills, 30 miles…good stuff. Weight loss is still moving along. I’ve dropped another couple of pounds since my last entry. I’m averaging 1.5 lbs per week…not stellar, but I’ll take it. Last week was the return of my 2 hour spin class on Thursdays, so I’m hoping the extra activity will throw things into high gear.

Boring entry, but that’s the story for the week. Hope you’re all doing well!

1.5 pounds a week is not stellar? Yeah, I’m not-so-much gonna let you get away with that kind of negative self-talk. 1.5 pounds a week is fantastic — congratulations and keep up the good work! 🙂 —

Excuse me –NOT STELLAR? Cut it out!!!! That is AMAZING!! And AWESOME!!! And totals an average of 6 lbs per month. If you do NOTHING ELSE but maintain your current activity and weight loss, you will be down 78 lbs by June 22, 2012 (i.e. 1.5 lbs X 52 weeks). Pat yourself on your back and pop your collar!! Go girl! Glad to see one of us back on track. I love your hair by the way! I have got to come up with a new work out plan after having a little one. Maybe Chesty can give us some pointers.
