Typical Dissonance

Noise and its distracting, ill at ease tendency……….. no promise.

If anything noise promises me that.

I have always been more comfortable with the silence.

A room full of a low hum of voices accompanies sounds of clanking spoons and plates.

Sneakers scrape the floor as voices of many pitches utter absolutely nothing.

Consider the alternative; to be a bird chirping in the trees…

Sweet songs. No double meanings. No popular culture. No bullshit.

Or to be a fish among the sounds of rising bubbles and swimming fins…

I often wish I could live with tiny invisible ear speakers.

Music. All the time.

Good music.

Dream on.

Did you write this at the coffee shop?hmmm must have been lunch hour then.

Every noise is beautiful, or is the disgusting not beautiful. It is not the noise itself that we end up hearing. -pip-

Thank you. I believe in myself, just not often enough. That comes with time, I will guess. (beautiful entry) l’anonyme.

what was it that made us that way? we have dealt with the “it” and yet, strangely… it lingers. Maybe we must accept who we are, or should I say, who we have become.
