1/24/09

Just finished up half of my homework that’s due tomorrow.  I’ll tackle the other half tomorrow while Aaron and Chloe are taking Jacob home.  Hopefully Ben will take a good nap and I’ll be able to get it done quickly.

We had Chloe’s birthday party this evening, and she enjoyed herself so much.  And you should see the loot she came home with.  *rolls eyes*  I’m going to have to double the size of my house just to hold that girl’s toys. 

Ben had his bath before I settled into homework, and now he’s snoozing like a….well, a baby.  lol.  And I’m sitting here in the comfy jammies my grandma got me for my birthday (this coming Thursday) getting ready to tackle a few marketing ideas.  I need to write a launch e-mail to let everyone know about my new business and the incentives I’m giving for the first three people who host a party with me, beyond what normal hostess benefits are.  I hope I can attract some hostesses that way.  I’m aiming for a minimum of two parties in February and three in March, but I’m also going to be working hard to attract outside orders, as well.  If I manage $3000 in sales in my first 90 days, Longaberger will reimburse me the full cost of my business kit, so that’s something I’m really aiming for!

Maybe I’ll get that done tonight, and I can start the mass mailing tomorrow.  lol.  I’ll be sure to post it here and you guys can tell me what you think. 

I uploaded the photos from Chloe’s birthday breakfast, and I’ll post them as soon as I drag this evening’s photos off my camera and get them all in the same entry.  🙂

For now, it’s down to business, with some old school Goo Goo Dolls on the mp3 player.
