Pain, Pain Go Away
OMG, so much pain today. Yesterday, I got a spark of energy for some reason and decided to put up some Valentines decorations in the windows and on the kitchen door. I know it’s kind of soon for that, but have to do things when I’m able. I didn’t feel to bad after I was done, till I went to bed and it started. I couldn’t sleep for the pain. This sure isn’t what I thought my Golden Years would be like. To one of my other noters, yes, Hall cough drops are very strong and I too used to eat the Pine Brothers and Ludens like candy. When I was little and got a cough, my mother used to buy some liquid cough med called REM, don’t know if any of you have ever heard of that. Boy, was it strong. I would get her to give me it on a teaspoon and when she wasn’t looking, I would pour it on the floor behind the couch and clean it up later, I don’t think I fooled her though. She was a very smart lady. Think I’ll have to check some other diary’s and see if anyone else has fibro. and arthris (spelling ?) Well, not much else to tell. Guess I’ll try walking for a bit to see if I can get rid of some of the pain & stiffness. TC everyone.
I SO know your pain all too well. I too have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Along with these i also have IBS and diverticulitis. I just had surgery in November and had 14 inches of my colon removed. The wound has just recently closed up. But, in spite of it all, i KNOW my Heavenly Father has me in HIS hands and He’ll never let me go! Have a blessed weekend! =)

Pain is very hard to live with. I read a number of diarists who live with Fibro. You might check to see if there is an interest group for it. Noting your bookmark list you have four diarists I have followed/read/noted/friend listed over the past eleven years. You are on the right track. Just keep writing, noters will come. Bookmark, read others and leave notes. That is how you’ll get to now others

I understand all about pain, I have arthritis and there’s days that just getting out of bed is painful. In fact getting a good night sleep has been a nightmare lately. Seems my body wants to act up as soon as my head hits the pillow, so I’ve found sleeping in the recliner seems more comfortable an less aches an pains. Had both my hips replaced so that pain is gone forever, now to deal with arthrit

Thanks for stopping by my diary! I hope you will come back often and that something i write will offer encouragement in something you are going through. =) I don’t mind at all sharing about what i have taken for my fibromyalgia and RA. I’m not on anything right now. I was on 150 mg of lyrica at one time but when the dr. doubled the dosage to 300 mg i started gaining weight. I had recently…

…lost alot of weight and when i started putting it back on with the lyrica i chose to stop taking it. Most of the time when it gets unbearable i take just plain ole’ adivil and that will help. I get cortisone injections in my neck every 3 months and that helps alot. I’m so sorry you have lost your faith. I could not get through all my health problems without our Heavenly Father. I have my…

…days when i wonder why i go through so much but i can always find someone in worse pain than i am. I also believe that He uses our struggles to make us stronger and He will use us to touch others that may be going through the same thing. =) I hope this helps and again, thanks for stopping by! Feel better and remember that no matter what we go through in this crazy world, God’s got us!

Arthritis in my fingers got so bad it was a pain to type. it’s calcium phosphate deposits at the joints, carried and left there by the blood. Could the process be reversed? High school chemistry said ALL acetates are water soluble, so I got a gallon of big dill pickles and ate a half of one just before my 10 b minute morning exercise that increases the blood flow and gives the acetic acid it putsin the blood a better chance to do this. When the gallon was gone the arthritis seemed less. After another gallon there was no doubt about it, and #3 gallon eliminated all signs of it. Willy
