One Step Closer to Being a Nurse
My final for cardiac is tonight. I think I’m pretty safe in passing this class with an 84 and an 88 on the first two tests. Last night we took the HESI level 2 exam. That covered all the material the we learned in fundamentals and this semester’s GI/GU, cardiac and respiratory. I got a 95.37 score. I’m pretty excited about it and as far as I know got the highest score.
Two semesters are left until I graduate from this nursing program. It’s been hard but satisfying. We are losing at least another 7 people from the program because of GI/GU and I don’t know how many yet because of cardiac / respiratory. Basically if you fail a class (less than 74.5) you have to wait a year until it’s offered again.
I have a month off from school until the next semester starts. Next up is Mental Health Nursing and then Mother / Baby. I’ll need to apply myself as these topics are not as familiar to me as the cardiac/respiratory.
Happy holidays!
