Yesterday, the beggining of today…and whatever

Friday:
Alarm was set to go off at nine…phone went off at about quarter to…because the stupid pet forgot his stupid fire pager. Which really isn’t a necessity there, as they bosses won’t let him leave on runs anyway. *rolls eyes*  So one more thing added to having to get the kids ready and out of the house.

Harley was upset that his shirt tag was touching him, so he was screaming about that. He couldn’t find his sandles, so he put on shoes without laces, then pitched a fit when they fell off. Instead of looking for his sandles he stood in front of the door saying he couldn’t find them. Eventually I did manage to find them.

Despite not getting out of here until 15 min. after I planned, still managed to get to Boyne Falls when I was suppose to. It was Mum who didn’t get there until 15 min. later.

I think the kids had fun though…They got finger printed…petted some animals at the petting zoo…went down one of those moonslide things…and bounced in one of those moonwalk things…did some games…made some flags (which I have a blank one to put a design on, but without a stick…as Harley lost his stick, and Mum knew the one running the craft booth, so she just gave us another whole flag)…Went on a wagon ride pulled by a couple big horses (adults got to go on that one too)…Pony rides (which Sonja sat on the pony for about five seconds, and got back off. *sigh*)…the kids got to go on a little make-shift ‘train’ pulled by a tractor….They had some games…a snack (everyone got hotdogs)…each of them got a put on by water tattoo….and…an airbrushed tattoo (which was the longest line…and the one we saved for last…and the one in which the kids were getting restless in).

But something Mum said would be ‘a couple hours’ was more like four! *falls over*  We went and got ice cream afterwards, as standing in that last line was hot and tiring. When we got done it was just about time for me to go to Libby’s for our walking day.

Forgot to put sunscreen on before leaving the house. *headdesk* I, thankfully was mostly covered up…long pants, mid-length sleeved shirt, tied up at my waist…So my forearms got slightly colored, have a white line where my watch was. My stomach has a red mark that runs across my belly button…at bit of the same on the back…touches the top of my snakes. And…my face! Ug…Though not my forehead, as I had a ‘bandana’ tied around my head.

And I re-purplefied my hair…but with the mouse and not the other….so it’s not as purple purple as I like…more of a burgundy purple.

Saturday: thus far
Harley had me awake a bit after 7…but I did sleep some between then and 9 too…
I think I’ll have to do the shopping stuff today…I want elastic so I can finish my pants anyway.
I added up most of my Amazon.come wish list…not counting movies (so just for books)…it was nearly $200.00 *sigh*

Not sure what else today is going to have…Mum is at work currently…I think she plans on mowing the lawn….and like I said, I’ve got to do the shopping…Blah…I’ll have to go to Gaylord as opposed to T.C. as her mother has perscriptions she needs. *rolls eyes* Her bloody granddaughter works at Wal-Marts…why can’t she get the bloody things! 

Well…I suppose I have to go make a list, so I know what I’m getting, as there was no more help moneywise from the pet, so I have to be careful as to what I spend and on what. I need to get some snacks for the critters I think…something to feed them a bit…I do have burgers and chicken…and a porkloin…I think a roast all in the freezer…if the temp. stays reasonable, I can use the oven again. They just need some things to go with them.

This I suppose…
