Weekly obligation?

Just for the record…Even if I don’t note, I do read…& even if I don’t respond, I do read notes too.
Brain just hasn’t been able to come up with anything most of the time…It sits in a pool of school related ooze, asking me ‘Isn’t this over yet?’
To which I tell it ‘NO’, and that we aren’t ready for it to be, as we have so much more work that needs done.

Where to start…Is there a short list?

French…Presentation Thursday…Have half my ‘Creative’ work done. I’m kind of doing the travel agent thing, and presenting my city that way. I made a brochure that talks about the city, and I’m going to make a tri-board poster thing that talks about it some more…Along with having personal note about things not mentioned on either. [Such as they have a different way of counting in French, which would be so much better if you ask me, than the French way of doing it. Strange French anyway.]

American Lit…Need to write 2 more essays. Actually have sources printed out for one. I’m going to write on John Steinbeck. So I just need to get the sources read, and write the paper, by Wednesday, as we are suppose to go over him in class this week. Then I need to manage to get another paper figured out and written in the short amount of time we have left.

Linguistics…Last week (tech) for it is this week. I have a presentation Thursday, on my paper, which doesn’t have to be finished until the 21st. I don’t know if we are suppose to have a board or anything to go with it, visual aid or what not, or just talk. There aren’t any real details listed anywhere, and I didn’t think about it before leaving class last week. I may have all my sources for it, I just have to read through and mark up the two I printed off last night. [After I FINALLY got to get to the store and get printer ink.]
Aside from the presentation, then having to have the research paper turned in on the 21st. We have our 3rd assessment/test, which is a take home, and we can e-mail her it on the 28th.

Mythology [Evil class I didn’t need. *kicks it* Stupid online thing anyway.]…I turned in my research journal today…Research paper is due the…25th? I think. *shrugs* I may or may not need another source. I’ve got a book I have to read though and see if I can get any information out of it, though after a brief glance, I’m not hopeful. I need something that talks about the personalities of the Gods of the various Underworlds. I have a brief bit on Hades in one of my other sources, which gave me this idea, but…yeah, not an easy thing to find I suppose.
Aside from Research paper…There is the reading and forums…Two or three more, I’m not even sure anymore. I need to read & post by noon Thursday tho (which really means I need to have it done before I go to sleep Wed.)…There is another Essay Exam this week-end…& then the Final Exam that looms somewhere in the near future.

And that would be school…

Sonja stayed home sick Mon-Wed. last week…She’s home again today. *frowns*
Mum stayed home sick…Wed last week…I didn’t make it to school either. *frowns*
Harley had his first sleep-over with a friend Saturday night…*resists urge to frown some more* My little boy is growing up! *cries*
Sonja had Sammy over again…They are insane things.

Wasil…
*le sigh* It is hard to believe that it’s only been 9 days since I was there with him! Seems like forever.
Doesn’t help that I haven’t gotten to talk with him/see him online the last 3 nights!
Apparently one of the satellite companies bought Blockbuster Video. *burns the lot of them down* For the last 3 days/nights, Wasil has had to deal with them, trying to fix whatever mess they have made. He finally finished up last night, but he was so tired that he went to bed.
Still…I got a couple loverly texts out of it.

Okay…Back to homework…I still need to read though a bunch of sources for various things & get some writing done…& some reading done…& some other school related crap done. *sigh*
