Two days in a row…It’s A Halloween miracle!
Which obnoxious thing to go with first…
Made a special trip to TC to get my ‘evaluated’ abstract, which was suppose to be there last week (but everytime I was there the office was closed), only to find out that there wasn’t any sign of it anywhere! We are suppose to have our final abstract for class next Tuesday. How am I suppose to go ahead with it when I don’t know how I did on my last one? Beyond annoying.
Waiting for the results of two MTTC tests, Elemetary Education, and English Langage Arts for Elementary. Looked up on the website the other day, it said scores would be back on November 1st (give 2 or 3 days for them to be avaliable). Signed into my GVSU e-mail to find an e-mail saying that the Elementary Education test score won’t be avaliable until November 29th now! As if I’m not stressing out enough over whether I passed or not, I have to wait even longer to find out.
At least the drive wasn’t a total waste, it gave me think time, and hopefully the thought I did have will be a helpful one.
I’ve been stressing out over my 25 pages paper…I realized today that my paper is essentially two papers smooshed together…So perhaps if I look at it as two 12.5 page papers, it won’t be as daunting. (If you don’t think about the fact that they still have to be done at the same and have to have that whole connection part). But yeah…If I look at it as a paper on Tricksters as Teachers…&…a paper on Teachers as Tricksters…*shrugs* It’s a thought anyway.
O.o Ouchies! OMGs…Have I mentioned our dryer has issues? It still heats up (thankfully), the timer just doesn’t turn & shut off on it’s own. So…We have to keep in mind to check it, so it doesn’t over heat…& it doesn’t have that cool down period. Which, if I want a nice warm blanket, it’s nice not to have the cool down period, as a blanket fresh from the dryer will alwasy be nice & toasty. Unfortunately, so is everything else that comes out of the dryer, such as my Tripp pants. And what is a major component on a lot of Tripp pants? Various pieces of metal attached…So yeah, I just managed to burn myself on my Tripp pants. *headdesk*

Tomorrow is Halloween…& am still questioning my costume. I don’t know what it is about it…But I just have this "not quite right" feeling about it. *sigh*
But…I can’t think of anything else either.
So, yeah…
On a bright note…Critters are home instead of gone for this week-end. *grins* That makes them happier, makes me happier. Glad I don’t have to drop them off after Trick-or-Treating. Instead we can just come home and enjoy the rest of the evening. Watch "It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown," as it’s going to be on at 8:00 tomorrow night.
Still need to do tonight’s art. I was going to work on a painting that I sketched out the other day, but the day got away from me somewhere along the lines, so not up to that tonight. Maybe Noveber 1st’s art…
I so had another thought, but it disappeared. *looks around* Thought? WooHoo? Where are you? Come back, come back, wherever you are…
Oh yeah…Brain still being chased by thoughts of NaNoWriMo…I just want to write so badly.
