Saturday’s Things

First off…*hugs Raya* Sorry sissy, I didn’t mean to make you worry. *pokes at my brain* I was thinking to myself that I would call you sometime tonight…then again, I didn’t think I’d be gone so long either.

I went to TC while the sale was still on at Target, and used my card to pick up a couple more things…Including a one piece swimsuit for Sonja for camp.  Also got her two pairs of pants that were on clearance…nothing I would wear, but she’ll like them. The one pair is pink and orange, and can go with the top that I got her to match her one skort. The other is blue tones with some orange…it might match the un-paired tank top I got the other day. I got Sonja and my Mum jean shorts that match…and my Mum a dark pink skirt that matches Sonja’s light pink one, and the white one I had…plus a green one for me. I also got me a tank top with Hello Kitty on it. And I picked up Harley another pair of shorts.

While at the mall I stopped by the book store (my Mum whines when I head for the bookstore when she’s with me. *laughs*). I picked up the book ‘Characters and Viewpoint’. I figured it would be a bit of help in the (hopefully near) future.

And I finaly remebered to pick up Peter some treats. Though he didn’t seem to care too much for the banana chips…then again, I think he just wanted attention (which he got a lot of today). Got him yogurt drops and these little rodant ravoli things too.

Mum had taken the kids and headed off to Steve’s camp again by the time I got home. And though I had looked at small ‘travel’ cages into Meijers, I didn’t get one…And while I was home, I took Peter out of his cage, and was walking around while getting ready to go again…and decided, what the heck, and loaded up his big ol’ cage, and took him with me. *laughs*  Took him out on his leash for a bit when I first got there…and at one point two of the boys were over their for quite a while checking him out after I put him back in his cage…I think they all stopped and paid him some attention at one point of another. *laughs*  And I think Peter liked to get out in the fresh air. He was really quite mellow.

Killed off the battery on my laptop, or nearly…I took it so I could write up Raven’s entry for tonight…(Collared…Tis Siris coming home from the pound. *laughs* )…And afterwards we were playing music on it. Which is what really drained the battery. We must of listened to it for about an hour and a half though…I think…at least an hour I’d say.

*waits for Photobucket to load pictures* Mum had me bring the camera when I went out th the camp…Got pictures of the four boys….which are all Steves…the 5th one, the friend of one of them, had gone home.

Somewhere along the lines the quality on the camera got switched…which is why I’m guessing the pictures came out diffrent sizes.

I was social, and it didn’t kill me…it’s a miracle! *laughs* And I got more glow braclet things…A couple red ones even. *grins*

Well I think that’s about it….Oh yes…Creative Writing Challenge….Just in case anyone else wants to give it a go. If not…I suppose I’ll leave the rest of the lines blank, and put it up soon.

oooooh fun looks like the kids shall be having some fun i seeee i m so sorry i got the creative writing thing wrong i m not much of a poet lol xxx

ryn: The piece you asked about is, as silly as it sounds, really about Severus. The book in the story is Half-Blood Prince. At the time I was reading it, I started thinking a lot about my own past. People would ask me how I could still be a devoted Snape fan after reading that book. Well, I thought I could sympathize in many ways. I always have, which is my #1 attraction to his character…

I used to dabble in things that I no longer speak of (nothing illegal, not to worry) just personal thoughts & beliefs that I’m now ashamed of. So the story is really about me looking in the mirror, I’m questioning myself more than the character I’m talking to. And, like in the story, I’m still not sure sometimes that I’ve found the answers.

I don’t think you’ve stepped over your bounds at all. It is nice to know that someone is actually paying that much attention to me. *laughs* If I didn’t want people to know the things that I reveal about myself through my writing, I wouldn’t share it. It would be rather stupid and hypocritical of me to think someone had gone too far by simply interpreting my work biographically. *hugs*

*thinks back* I think I was like 11 the last time I went camping for real for real. Sounds like you had a busy day.
