My math teacher needs to learn how to tell time. She went 6 minutes over time before I even noticed, and was STILL talking when I was packed up and walking out the door. Seriously…I have 30 minutes to get across town…I NEED all the time I can get to deal with stupid traffic.
During the course of English class I 1.) Announced that I have ran out of creativity and imagination and that my brain is dead & 2.) Ended up talking about Hetalia. O.o *headdesk*
The creativity & imagination part because that is what is listed as what is needed for Storytelling next semester, but no text books. So that’s a plus.
& Hetalia because he asked up to write on a question…Right after I announced I had brain damage. The question was: Does Literature reflect changing society or does society reflect changing literature? Which, like the Chicken & the Egg question (that I had wrote about it), in my writing proceeded to go circular…So in my not so infinite wisdom I drew a circle under it, which prompted me to write under it ‘draw a circle that’s the Earth. Hetalia!’ It’s from the ending theme song…& when we were talking about what we’d written Alyssa commented on her thoughts that it was a circle, like the one I had drawn…& yeah…It went from there.
Still…It was a nice little off topic conversation that cultivated with me saying that I believe that there needs to be more creativity in teaching and that most students would do better if they had more than just a text book shoved at them and told to memorize a bunch of facts. That if it was presented in more interesting ways, that actually engage the student, that they would have a better chance of learning.
There was also two or three more instances of class going off topic…Yet, somehow, we managed to get through all he wanted to talk about, and we got out of class after only being there for an hour and a half…So we got out 1 hr & 20 minutes early! Yay!
I think I have a conclusion for my essay…*pokes @ it* I has sent it to my darling helpful Sissy for her thoughts on the matter. She’s been mega ultra helpful on this essay.
Now…I need to get a rough draft for French written before bed tonight.
So yeah…Off to attempt that.
*hugs you lots*

*pokes math teacher* Hush, woman! Let my Sissy get to her next class. *laughs* Yay for getting out of class an hour & 20 minutes early! [ryn} That is true, we don’t know. If only Einstein were still around; after all, these are mostly his theories. *lol* *shrugs* Part of is my mindset of late. Can’t help it. *sighs*
