Less than a week to go…

Pumpkins carved…And it only took something like 3 hours! *falls over* There were 13 of them…I’m not sure you can really consider a couple of them carved…I think Sonja was getting bored…But they’ve had something done to them. I did most of them…Including Harley’s second one, which he drew what he wanted cut out, and it pretty much resembles his first one, which he did do himself (using the cheaparse little tools you can pick up in the pumpkin carving kits)…The last few I ended up using a butter knife to carve! A butter knife! *shakes head* Hey, whatever works. *laughs*
I will get picks…And I will get them on here…Really…How far am I behind on pictures? Did I ever get first day of school picks up?

Halloween costume, sort of half done. I have robes made…I need to add the chains that I’m going to use for closures.
I need to get my dress done…I think I’ll cut it out tonight, and have it ready to sew in the morning.
Need to work on ‘props’…I.E. my Scythe…I have half a thought for it’s creating…But yeah…That’s as far as it’s gotten.

*is taking apples to school tomorrow* I have intentions of being nice and sharing and everything. Last coffee outing there was a mention of the mutual like of apples. *shakes head at self* [In a completely mental note…I’m finding myself way too amused at the fact that according to one of the Death Note pictures, Ryuk stands about 6’6".]

I’m going to have to usher Sonja to be quickly here…Though despite her having school in the morning I don’t see her going to be before midnight…1.) She really doesn’t need too much sleep, she’s like my Mum that way & 2.) She’s watching Beetlejuice …I don’t think I could pull her away from it. She’s having an unintentional movie night…Watching Beetlejuice now and she watched Edward Scissorhands before that (her first time seeing it) & had she known Corpse Bride was on before that, she probably would of been watching that as well.

I need something to do Halloween night! (After Trick-or-Treating). Reese & the Gryffindork (Abby) are talking about getting together and doing something…Not really what I want to do with my Samhain evening.
Mum is going to the bar in Elmira with Kellie & I think Karen…I think it’s Mort’s band (a guy from the shop) that’s playing that night…If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s a bar…I hate bars…And I don’t see there being anyone of the entertaining variety there…*shrugs* I’ve been invited anyway.

Harley had an awesome week of school the week before last. *grins*
Last week was still pretty awesome too, considering, just a few not so great moments, but he’s recovering from them quicker now.

Sonja went with me to the Pottery lab Saturday morning…And brought home a lump of clay to work with…The teacher was there and told her she could. *shakes head* He’s made a friend for life. *laughs*

Okay…I’m off to do something…Then head off to sleepies…Sleepies would be good. *nods*
