I went out in public
Sunday July 2
It was an…odd day…to say the least.
Well Mum was forever in returning home. I can’t remeber what movie she said they watched, one based off a video game or something. I guess the psycho ex-little brother was there all night too. He was suppose to have been leaving, but for whatever reason didn’t.
We all went to do the shopping, though I was the only one that went in, as both Critters had fallen asleep. So Mum stayed out side with them. After that, we dropped everything off at home, ran into the grocery store, and picked up sandwhich meat. So we all had a ‘mini’ picnic in the Jeep on the road.
Steve is camping again this week-end. And as soon as we pulled into the park Harley was asking where he was at…At that point we weren’t even sure if he was there or not. Luckily he was, so Harley was a happy Critter.
OMGs…Why do I have to be so bloody old! *laughs* This missing son was in camp tonight…the one that wasn’t present last time they were all camping out. And me without a camera. *rolls eyes at self* Damn him for being 14! His name is Adam, and he’s got shaggy blonde hair, and from what Kathy (Steve’s wife) said, blue eyes. I didn’t get close enough to see his eyes though…Why can’t I still be a teenager? *pouts* *laughs*
Harley and Sonja decided they wanted to go play on the slide, so we went down to the playground part by the beach. Sonja then decided she wanted to gather shells and play in the water. But as she didn’t have any other clothes we told her no. So she got all pouty for a while. Then Harley jumped off the top of the slide. *headdesk* The top of it is above my head by at least of foot, if not two! He cried a bit, but in the long run, he was fine.
Sonja wasn’t ready to go back to the camp yet, as she had rediscovered Issac. So he agreed he’d keep an eye on her, and we were going to take Harley back to the camp. Well…Sonja got to go play at the waters edge and gather seashells, as Issac took her down there. But she stayed dry for the most part. And we didn’t quite get back to camp for a bit ourselves. Not quite half way from the beach to Steve’s camp Mum ran into Ryan…and the psycho ex-little brother. Harley had stopped crying by then, and was feeling his usual self. We stood around in the road way for quite a while, just goofing off. I’ll be surprised if I haven’t managed to get any new bruises. Although the partial hand print has faded from my leg now. So yeah…play got a bit rough, but not too badly so. Like olden days when I use to have the chance to wrestle around.
Ryan is quite…odd…*laughs* And now seeing him without a shirt on…a bit to hairy for my liking. Though he’s got that forceful kind of presence about him…Well not forceful, per say. But…Blah…Here I am the writer, and I am without the words. Somewhere in their share of wrestling around, Mum ended up in the middle of the road, covered with dirt, and Ryan eneded up with a cut on his hand. It was bleeding pretty good. He grabbed at me a couple times after that, amazingly manageing not to get any blood on my entirely white outfit. *shakes head at self* Gods…I should know better than to wear white…it was kind of grey when we got home…hopefully it’s back to white now though. Anyway…Ryan headed off to get his hand cleaned up, and we were talking to another guy that had come through, one I went to school with…and is like a cousin somehow…He’s the nephew of the uncle that my father’s sister married…Whatever. *laughs* Well he left, and we headed back to the campsite. Mum had to stop for a potty break, and Harley wanted a drink of water. Well Ryan and the pyscho ex-little brother (who I’m just going to have to come up with a shorter name for) were up there yet. And somewhere along the lines Ryan ended up licking my forehead…*shakes head* He is a strange one.
We’re suppose to be going back to Steve’s camp tomarrow…I guess Ryan, not sure of psycho boy, is suppose to be down at the park again tomorrow.
My allergies are kicking in all of a sudden tonight. Blah
Anyway…From what I’ve gathered…there is suppose to be a rather large Celtic gathering, similiar to a Ren-Faire in Kalkaska this Sept. (The day after I get my braces off even) It’s the group of people that Ryan and company hang out with and go do things with. (I was just whining to my Mum the other day that I wish I could go to such.) Ryan was telling Steve about it, and Steve plans on going. He makes Mead, and Ryan told him he can sell bottleo of it for $15.00 at the gathering thing. I might actually get to go though. *grins* It would be such great fun.
Issac asked me if I brought Peter with me. *laughs* I need to get that poor rat a travel size cage.
Steve said something to me tonight too…more or less the equivilant of what everyone here has been telling me…and that’s without knowing everything, just what Mum has passed along. I know he’s right…that everyone is right…It’s just a hard thing to do. I hate the thought of hurting the pet, even if he deserves whatever he gets. And I fear of the fall-out. No, I don’t think he’ll be violent, not twords me or the Critters…perhaps some inanimate objects…I don’t know the words to say…I don’t know the how to say them. But I know, as things are, its an inevitable. For my own happiness and sanity.
But, I grow tired, as it is nearly one-thirty…I’ve been getting tired around this time again of late. I think I’ll get this up, finish watching Dracula, and surrender to sleep. Perhaps I will be graced with Dracula induced dreams.
*laughs at the dracula dreams* gotta love those bloodsuckers. and i am not meaning lawyers.. *grins evilly*
