Almost done with this school babble…

I am so bloody tired…I wants a nap…Not going to happen tonight tho…Wasil will be before too long.

Soon, very soon, I can regal you with things other than school and homework. Until then…Here’s some more school & homework stuff…

Linguistics…Done. Not sure when I’ll know what I got on my essay.

Mythology…5 days before she posts our Final exam questions…Most likely the two worst ones of the bunch…Then two days to write up a bunch of crap and submit it.

American Lit…The 3rd & final essay is DONE! Final Exam will be a week from tomorrow…It should be like the Midterm…Which means pick 10 readings, identify them by title and author, tell the significance of the portion given to us, and themes and what not and all that crap. If it was like last time we can have up to 4 of the poems we’ve gone over, and 6 of the short stories. Haven’t a bloody clue as to which ones I’m looking at…Will have to look at it closer over the week-end probably.

French…Chapter 9 exam will be next week…So I’ve got a week to try and get French to stick in my brain. What we went over in class today seemed to make a bit more sense than some of the other…Still, not sure what I’m even looking at for a grade anymore. Hopefully it’s come up from mid-semester alert time. I just need to pass, that’s all…*crosses fingers* &…That means we don’t have to be there the following Thursday. J

Which also means…I either have to drive all the way back over to T.C. to take my books back, if I’m going to keep my American Lit book until after the exam…Or take books back Tuesday after French…Keeping my French book of course, as I will need it for next semester (with the hope that I do manage to pass this semester).

The cord to my computer is damaged, it got caught in the recliner. L
I found a replacement cord tho, and it should be here soon…It was way less than what I had to pay for my HP cord when it needed replaced. I don’t know if that’s due in part to brand…Or due in part that I know how and where to look for deals online now.

On a Critter’s slightly happier than a usual ‘this week’ week…They get to come home after school tomorrow & Thursday…So they get to be home instead of being tortured at their fathers.

I still don’t know what’s going on in that messed up house…What I do know is that he’s going to be on call for the tree service he’s working for…& if he gets called out, the Critter’s get to come home where they belong. Tho I do need to make sure he knows I’m not going to be here the first week he’s suppose to have them…& I need to talk to his mom about that Thursday & Friday…Need to remember to ask Waz when he wants to leave that Thursday…Get everything sorted out…

Oh yeah…Went to the first bonfire of the summer last night. Mum’s friend Kelli decided that she wanted to have one since it was nice out. Mum, me & the Critters went, Sonja took Poochie too (who amazingly played nice with the other dogs)…I need to get my firepit fixed…It’s a mess…It was never right to begin with (Tis what happens when you let a drunk Hippie dig your firepit).

Unless I talk myself out of it…I’m going to try and start the French program I bought the other day, in the hopes it’ll help me with class…A little late for this one, but I’m going to need something to take me through the summer if I have any hope of even getting a D in French 201.
