what a relief.

took the car to firestone for an oil change and to have it looked at. I had gotten the best news possible. it was nothing major. apparently a few of the hangers for the exhaust snapped and was causing the exhaust pipe to bang around. what an easy fix. they did change the oil, air filter, cabin filter, flushed the fuel system. she feels great. and no more clanging noises. and it only cost me $275. I could deal with that. they said everything else looked good. car drives much much better.

my sister called me and I drove up there. we went to a few consignment shops where I found a brand new skirt with the tag still on it. it was a $30 skirt that I paid under $10 for.i feel good about that. and mandy gave me some bleeding heart to plant. i’ll do that and see how it fares. she said if I kill it she can give me more.
