grumbles…

*sigh**grumbles* thats all i just want to say right now. my drs visit yesterday left me a bit dissappointed. i have a disc that is starting to buldge. and some more of the gel cushions in my back are starting to leak even more. i sprung a few new leaks.lol. she upped my lyrica dosage and i am not supposed to lift anything more then 10 pounds. it sucks!!!!!!

i have no energy to write anything more this evening. plus i have tears that are ready to spill over from all of the frustration i have write now.

please dont feel sorry for me. thats the last thing i need write now. thank you my loves.
