great day

so i went apple picking with andrea. those who are friends with me can see them on facebook. i will try to get a few up in here in the next day or so. sometimes its to much of a hassle to do so.we went to applewood orchard in warwick, ny. it was a nice enjoyable day.we did a wine tasting before we even went to the orachrs. yes i can home with a bottle of wine. i came home and did some baking. i had fun.

got my house all cleaned yesterday. it smells great. i love the smell of a clean house. i hate the fact its back to work tomorrow. at least i am off on tuesday and i can sleep in. i do have to see dr polesin tuesday. i hope the results are a bit better then the last time i was there.

still havent found a good physical therapy place around here. i hate the thought of doing it all again. there are so many places out there that wont take my insurance. i should probably look again and go to work armed with phone numbers.

i am going to go and get a few things done. have a good night my friends.
