fail :(

 I’ve been failing hardcore on the workout front.  I’m rather disappointed in myself to be honest.  I’ve been working a lot of 10-11 hour days.  Since I got back from Milwaukee, I HAVE tried and put in the effort and actually scheduled times to work out, but those times disappeared.  I knew Wednesday I’d be working all day/10-11 hours, of which I did.  Wednesday I had intended on it, but I had to run a lot of errands since I was gone the week before.  I picked up some job applications for a couple of restaurants then went and helped my friend move/pack up her stuff because she was going to me moving today (then switched to yesterday morning).  When I went over there I could not believe the amount of disorganization and how much she had to pack. I thought there is no way in hell she’s going to be out of here by Monday.  But when I came over on Saturday to help, it was all packed up and a bunch of mormon women were cleaning.  I helped pack the truck since apparently I’m good at that…plus I’d rather do that kind of thing with guys than with girls. not sure why. Anyways, Thursday and Friday I worked full days, full 11 hour days, and Saturday I had some down time but I had to run errands with that time, and Sunday I worked all day too.  SO no time to work out =(

Today I have a day off finally so I’m going to work out and run errands and I’m currently cleaning up my room.

I started this entry this morning when I first woke up..but I completely lost all effort to continue and forget other things I previously intended on writing.  So I’m out for now.  I’ll find something interesting to write about later.

even if u can’t properly workout try to find a little bit of time for a short walk, or a ten minute stretching routine…..not that i always do that, but i’ve noticed the times i do it really does seem to me help maintain things through times when you cant do much.
