Sicky

I feel like death warmed up at the moment. My nose is all blocked, and it’s starting to move to my ears but I’m trying very hard not to go to the doctors because I really don’t want to sit and wait while I may end up with something more. Callum says his ears are starting to get blocked too, so a trip just maybe on the cards if he starts to show signs that he needs to go. But I am so glad that we have made it to this stage in the year without a cold. I don’t know if the flu shot had anything to do with it or weather we where just lucky, but both Callum and I this time last year where held up in bed feeling like crap.

I have been a bit naughty with tafe and I only went twice this week just gone, I really need to get back into my groove with going everyday. Now I just remembered I have homework 🙁 Well that sucks, but really I’m not in the mood for it today and knowing me I’ll do it tomorrow night, the day before it is due. It’s not to much just answering some questions and putting together some slide show thing. I’ll work it out and get it done tomorrow night.

Here is a photo of Callum, taken while we where away in Tassie. Callum and I went down to spend some time with Matt before we left to go to Thailand. We had a great time, catching up with Kerrie and looking over the old houses and little villages. I wasn’t feeling keen on coming home because we where still working out what to do with Megan. At the last moment Matt changed Callum and mine plane tickets to the boat so that we could spent some more time together. We had some time to play with now before the boat left that night so we went for a walk to the park and then the movies.

Even tho I’m feeling like crap right now, I’m happy. Matt is home for the weekend and we got two sleeps together 🙂 It was a added bonus because I didn’t think I would be seeing him for 8 weeks. We also get next weekend together aswell, but after that he is in Taiwan for 6 weeks. So I’m feeling very lucky that we get some extra time together this month.

I’m still on a bit of a high from my reading that I had done. (see one entry back) I know I need to take it with a gain of salt but really we would both be happy if thing went that way. More so with Matts job, it would be so ace to have him home most nights and only travelling 1 or 2 weeks very 8 weeks. That I could handle very nicely.

Try and stay healthy… I hope that both you and Callum’s bugs clear up very soon!
