How be Friend?

It has just only hit me now that as of Monday I’ll be living on my own. Yes I will have Callum here, but Matt is back to work on Monday morning and I won’t be seeing him for 8 weeks. The day time should be fine because I have Tafe to go to and that does keep my mind and myself busy a lot. Week nights are just Callum and I, cooking dinner and doing normal everyday things I guess. Lucky me I still get to do all the washing and ironing. Hard part is going to be weekends. There is only so much that you can talk to a 5 year old about and sometimes you just need that human contact.

I really do mean that I’ll be on my own when I say it, I don’t have any family here :

My Mum lives overseas

I dont talk to my Father because he is Druggie

Matt’s family live over 500kms away from us

My best friend lives 400kms away 🙁

I dont have anyone close or anyone to that effect of a friend here in this area at all.

Thats what I mean by I am really on my own here. I dont have anyone to call up on Saturday and say hey lets get coffee. And trust me no one calls me. Apart from Matt.

So I’m now asking where do you go and make friends? I have been here for a year and half, and yet not one friend! Help me out people and tell me how to make friends! Im so lost.
