Bingo Jackpot

We went to Bingo tonight. Just Megan and I. Megan is my sister in law. As a joke we kept saying to eachother;
"Oh we should go, just for a laugh",
"it will be a night of fun".

So tonight we went. I won $5.00 and she won the jackpot of $500!!! Oh we where jumping around of joy. I couldn’t believe it. She won!! It really made her night. I didn’t blog it, but the weekend we had a house warming which was about 3 weeks ago her husband left her. Well more to the point he made her move out and in his words "doesn’t love her anymore." We sat together on that Saturday night, and I tried to comfort her as best as I know how too. I really feel for her. They had just bought a house together as well. In one day she became single and homeless. She has moved back into Matt’s parents place and is trying to get her life back together. She had a bit of scare and as her period was late and she had changed pill types. On top of that lots of sore belly feelings. I sent Matt of to get her a pregnancy test. We needed to know. It ended up being negative, I know did down she wanted it to be positive. Not so that she could get jamie back, but more that she could become a Mother. She is in her late 20’s and wants to start a family, which is what she believed they where going to do. They got married, bought a house and I guess she believed that childern are next. The last three weeks she really has been down on luck and I know that $500 can’t really change anybodies luck, but still she is now $500 closer to becoming an independent woman again. It means that she can buy herself a queens size bed and enjoy it. I can’t think of a better person who right now needs it the most. I’m feeling lots of warm of fuzzies right now!

Matt is working tomorrow just helping out a local shop doing some moving, not his real job, the medical is stil on for Monday, so its just a little work in the middle time before he starts his real job. Im looking forward to having a morning with just Callum and I. For his birthday Callum got some painting books so I think Ill pull them out tomorrow and we can do some painting together. I think that it sounds like fun. I also have to go to the post office, I cant forget about that one too. I finally finished off Callum’s longies that I have made. They came beautiful and Im really happy with them. It was cold today outside so he got to wear them. Ill take a photo tomorrow. He looks so cute in them too.

Im feeling sore and tired. My back and shoulder blade are killing me. it’s been this way since the weekend. I’m starting to think that I most have slept wrong on them? I don’t know, but it hurts a lot.
