A New Bum

Here are some photos that Matt took of Callum today, sporting his just made Care Bear AIO Nappy.

Front, nice and cuddly. Thiis is my new range of sizing from 6 kilos (13 lb) to about 16 kilos (35 lb). Made from PUL cotton (care bear printed). Inside with 4 layers of flannelette in the soaker plus one of terry toweling. With a yellow sherpa fleece facing his bum. I was trying his nappy out with a added booster of flannelette x 4 with two layers of mirco fleece. Even with the booster, the nappy is still very trim. And who said that cloth nappies wasn’t fun?? LOL

And the back, not as bubbly as I believed it would be. But still Loving that bubble bum! I think his face says it all, I love my Cloth nappies mum. You could still even boost this nappy with a pre-fold or hemp booster for night time. I guess it really goes on how much of a wetter your babe is. I’m every happy with out come.

I’ve been using cloth diapers with Nikko for the past few days because he got a diaper rash and I refuse to use disposables while he’s sore. I only have 4 cloth diapers though, so I’ve been doing laundry every couple of hours! And I don’t have any covers, so I have to put a disposable over the cloth! LOL… I really think it’s not so bad, and I’m looking into totally switching to cloth.
