Gushy rant on new *blush* boy. (am I 13 now?)

So…. he he……. I got asked a question I have not been asked for… well…. So long I don’t even remember, lol. I feel like a giddy school girl.

We had just finished a movie, and we were cuddling, and talking.  He said "I’ve got an awkward question to ask you". I sit up and give him my full attention, hoping for the best. This guy is pretty much amazing. We have only known each other for a couple of weeks, and he’s 5 1/2 years younger than me (call me cradle robber, lol!). "I’ve never asked anyone this, Will you be my girlfriend?". I instantly smile and reply "I would love to." I realize this moment is a biggie for him. I’m his first girlfriend. I then ask him if he would be my boyfriend, lol. Then we dorkily high five each other, because that’s what dorks do.

I am so ecstatic. As they say, things change when the gloves come off. Lol. Now he will start to understand how crazy it really is here in my head, lol :D.

He’s a keeper. Very understanding. Wonderful listener.
