What’s Going On?!?!
I have been eating like crazy. Yesterday I started off with good intentions; a hearty bowl of oatmeal, and orange juice. I had an 8-pack on Reeses Peanut Butter Cups under my desk, so I ate them. I ate the entire pack. For lunch I had a sandwich and a Snapple, because I wanted to redeem myself, then for dessert I at Haagen Daaz Ice Cream (Butter Pecan.) Then I had my raisins, vegan cookies, and two packs of carrots. I skipped dinner last night.
Today I figured was the day to be good, once again, I had all good intentions: Oatmeal and Orange Juice. Rite-Aid has a sale and is selling a new candy bar Take 5, 3 for $0.99. I restrained myself and went for my daily walk up 18 flights of stairs and came back and had my energy bar!!! I gave myself a pat on the back for showing restraint. For lunch about an hour and a half later I went to Fat Burger and had a Baby Fat burger (it was really good, I passed on the fries.) For dessert we went over to a local cookie place Diddy Resse. The cookies are bigger than Mrs. Fields and they taste fantastic. I bought 1/2 dozen cookies and I ate them all: (2) Cinnamon Sugar, (1) Chocolate and Walnuts, (1) Peanut Butter, (1) Oatmeal Raisin, (1) Chocolate Chip.
My co-worker thinks its just PMS, I sure hope so, well I’m definately not pregnant I just hate binging like this. It makes all my trips to the Gym pointless. There’s got to be something I can do to stop myself from over-eating like this. Maybe even an appetite suppressant. I have lunch plans for tomorrow and I really don’t want to be around anything tempting but I know I really need to make a change in my eating habits. It’s so frusturating. No dinner for me tonight.
Peanut butter is an appetite suppressant.
