she was a bitch!

I had such a crappy day, and it seemed to go on forever and ever, my first call of the day, I get a complete bitch, she didn’t even have an account with us, she was wanting the iphone 4, and we were out of stock, with like the rest of the world, sorry, but can’t control when the manufacturer is going to make more and send them to us. She wanted the phone and get service, she talked to sales before being transferred to me and was told by sales we just dont have the phone and dont know when we are getting any in.  Apple sends a small amount randomly to dealers and to corp, something we just cant control and we also don’t know when any of the stores at any given time is going to get some. Well she didn’t like that answer, and wanted to speak to a manager, I refused because she didn’t even have an account and a manager isnt going to put her on a waiting list, no one goes on a waiting list for the stupid phone.  Then she just got snotty and rude, saying things like, ‘you are getting upset, I can tell you’re getting upset’ , ‘ you are raising your voice, so I’m getting to you’…. she was saying very smugly too.  I told her I wasn’t getting upset and I wasn’t raising my voice, I was just becoming more firm with my answers which were all the same, we don’t know when we are getting the phone in.  She said, ‘well thats just stupid business sense, don’t you want me as a customer’,,, I really really really wanted to say NO!! but I said to feel free calling other providers and see if they have any, but it’s all the same, there is a shortage on the phone, if you want to know about the phone, call the people who actually make it, not the people who provide the network,, fuckin bitch!!  Seriously she was just purposely being a bitch and there is no reason for it, she is just a bitch in life, what a way to live your life, really!

It just kept going on from there, one asshat after another, and I was so tired, thank god tomorrow is Friday!!

Jaime stayed all week, she didn’t want to take the bus and subway carrying a basket of laundry, so I’m gonna drive her home saturday morning, then I need to take Copper in for grooming at 2pm because he is a smelly dog.

Sunday will be interesting, an old friend invited me and another friend to a seance, she knows a guy who does readings and holds a seance, so should be interesting, my first one, I’m kinda excited about it, I want to know if he knows how my surgery will turn out lol,, which btw, I got a call from my doctor and they are gonna call me in Oct for an appt to set up my surgery date for November. Finally!!!

That’s about it I guess, just wanted to bitch about the bitch, gonna go to bed early, sooo tired,, I’ll catch up with everyone now 😉
