Outside..Always Weird Stuff

                                                     After calling a friend whom has Covid-19, to see how they were, I stepped outside for a smoke. “Steven” was sitting on the bench. He moved over, so that I could sit down. He was friendly. He is wheelchair-bound. Another guy, “Ralph” was standing there. The Bobsey Twins were sitting on the opposite bench. Ralph, Steven and one of the Bobsey Twins left to get something to eat. I call them by that name because they stick together like glue. Anyway, “Clara” the other twin remained and we talked. Then the tenant with the dog approached Clara, saying to her dog, let’s go see Clara. She always pulls this with me when Clara is around. She will say hello to Clara and talk to Clara and ignore me. I sat there for a few minutes, then thought, “Screw this”, and I went back inside and up to my apartment. It is situations such as this one, as to why I basically stay to myself. 

                               On a lighter note, before calling my friend, and before all of the “outside drama”, I accessed the Barnes & Noble official site to order some books. I bought a Psychology book and three biographies. Prior to those, as I mentioned previously, I ordered the book, “Ordinary People”. That book is due to arrive in mid-July, whereas the other three books will not arrive until early August. Anyway, I feel that I made wise use of my money. I cannot wait to get my book, get on the bus to go to the library, and begin reading. 🙂
