Dave just called.

He just arrived in Vancouver about ten minutes ago. He said the people in Chicago were being a pain because he didn’t have a passport. He checked weeks ago and was told he could use his green card in place of a passport and so that’s what he told the people and they finally checked their computers and confirm he could do it. People can be such a pain!!!  Anyway, he’s getting his rental car now and he’s going to drive back to his mom’s. He said he’d call me when he got there. It’s only twenty after six there, so I’m sure his mom will feed him and then he’ll get to bed early so he can be refreshed for his meeting tomorrow. I’m sure he’ll be nervous, but I think  everything will go fine. My mom’s with me now and she just gave Keira a bath. I really am going to miss her staying over night with me when we move.   I really hope once things get settled, she’ll maybe consider moving there too. Who knows, right? Anything is possible. Alright Keira’s out of the tub, so I’m going to go downstairs with them and watch some tv. Everyone cross their fingers that Dave’s interview goes well tomorrow.
